BUTTR. New York accepts U.S. domestic returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors and/or wear.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When returning items from multiple orders, you must fill out a Return Request and include the packing slips for each applicable order.
- We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted.
- Returns that do not meet this criteria will be ineligible for store credit and will be returned back to you.
The following is not eligible for return or store credit and is FINAL SALE:
- All international purchases.
- All sale items.
- All swimwear, intimate wear, bodysuits, beauty products, Gift Cards and accessories are final sale.
Buttr. is not responsible for ANY shipping cost(s) related to returned item(s).
U.S. Domestic Return Instructions:
- Visit our online RETURN REQUEST FORM and submit the request.
- Once the form has been submitted, we will review it and if your request falls in line with our return policy, we will email you the return mailing address along with an order packing slip that must be printed and included in your return package (your return may experience issues in processing if you fail to include the order packing slip).
- Return by mail with the carrier of your choice at your own expense.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
